Return & Exchange Policy

 

In light of ongoing health concerns, including those related to Covid-19, we regret to inform you that, at this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

 

Returned Orders

 

Should your order be returned due to factors such as an incorrect address or being unreachable by the carrier, a reshipment fee will be mandatory to dispatch your order anew. Declining to pay this fee will result in the non-shipment of your order, and a refund will not be processed.

 

U.S. Reshipment Fee - $10

(Inclusive of shipping with a required signature upon delivery)

 

International Reshipment Fee - $40

 

Damaged or Missing Order

 

If your product arrives damaged or defective, kindly provide evidence and promptly contact us. Please note that this excludes food orders; refer to our Store Policy for further details.

 

For missing items post-delivery, we will only dispatch the overlooked item after reviewing our shipping cam footage.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes before processing begins. Due to our swift order processing, we cannot accommodate cancellations once shipping confirmation emails have been dispatched.

 

After 24 hours from the timeof delivery, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to address or rectify any issues related to damaged items.
