Returned Orders

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or unsuccessful delivery attempt, a reshipment fee is required for re-delivery. Failure to pay the reshipment fee will result in order cancellation with no refund.

Reshipment Fees:

• U.S. Orders: $10 (includes signature confirmation upon delivery)

• International Orders: $40

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please provide photo or video evidence and contact us immediately. Food products are non-refundable, and issues with food orders are handled per our Spoiled Goodies Policy below.

For missing items in your order, we will verify via our shipping footage and send any confirmed missing items at no extra charge.

*If your order arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. After this timeframe, we will be unable to offer replacements.
