SoCharMonee is currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. As an EA, you will support the CEO with all of her daily needs. From calendar management, project coordination, expense reports, and other EA responsibilities. The successful candidate will be pleased to find that we have a strong support system in place which will enable them to be a key contributor to the success and smooth running of our office.

Responsibilities

• Help screen and prioritize inbound emails and phone calls

• Preparation of reports and documents

• Invoices

• Liaise with clients and colleagues

• Collaborate with different departments’ EA/PAs (external and internal) to ensure that any projects and any ongoing needs for the company are addressed and delivery expectations are met

• Help solve and manage issues that come up

• Screen and prioritize inbound emails and phone calls; draft responses as necessary.

• Manage day-to-day needs.

Warehouse Packer/Picker

Full Job Description

Pickers are responsible for locating items throughout the warehouse to complete customers' orders.

Picker Responsibilities:

  • Locate items throughout the warehouse according to customer order slips.

  • Load/unload trucks with customer orders.

  • Efficiently and accurately complete customer orders.

  • Keep track of inventory.

  • Identify and dispose of defective items.

  • Keep complete records of all materials that go through the warehouse.

  • Follow all company guidelines.

Packagers are responsible for ensuring that items make it safely to their destinations. They must securely seal each box. They must be able to use hand tools, adhesives, padding, and other products to protect the item. Packagers must keep a clean work area and observe all company safety standards.

Packager Responsibilities:

  • Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage.

  • Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging.

  • Identify and dispose of defective items.

  • Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools, air bubbles, padding, etc.

  • Keep complete records of all materials that go through the warehouse.

  • Maintain a clean work area.

  • Cutting down boxes

Must have basic math ability and a good work ethic. Candidates must be responsible and trustworthy.

Requirement:

  • Window PC knowledge

  • Packing order knowledge

  • Keyboard knowledge

  • Be able to work individually and in team-based scenarios

  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
